LOVE AND RELATIONSHIP ANGLE

In the event of the unfortunate death of Nigeria's minister of state for labour due to an accident occasioned by a tyre blowout and the fact that in Nigeria now-a-days, we have many untrained drivers, it has become pertinent for me to write this.

There are 6 simple steps to take within a maximum of 2 minutes and you will be safe, these by the grace of God I have been familiar with for decades. They are as follow:

(1) DON'T PANIC in the event of a blowout, calm yourself down fast because your car will start misbehaving and you need to take charge.

(2) Hold FIRMLY to your steering wheel with both hand, NO VIGOROUS TURNING, as you concentrate on the road and your mirrors, in seconds study the movement pattern of the car. Your car will naturally swerve to the direction of the burst tyre.

(3) Gradually take off your foot from the accelerator, DON'T EVER ATTEMPT TO PRESS THE BRAKES, IF YOU DO, YOU HAVE A 95% CHANCE OF A SOMERSAULT. The car will decelerate gradually while you concentrate on the road to avoid collision with any other road user.

(4) Disengage the gears of the car by shifting to neutral (N) as you still maintain a firm grip on the sheering wheel and put your eyes on the road.

(5) After a while depending on your initial speed, your car comes to a speed less than 60km/h when it is now safe to GRADUALLY apply the brakes and navigate to the side walk

(6) Ultimately, it is now safe to put the car to a complete stop and turn off the engine. You have just saved yourself and passengers from untimely death.

NOTE:
Of course, everyone in the car will be in a panic mode BUT this is NOT THE TIME TO LISTEN TO THEM, it is TIME TO CONCENTRATE.

Please, don't just read share on your page and copy to other platforms, you may just be about to save a life.
I pray that God will continue to keep us safe as we use the roads, Amen

A heated argument between two Nigerians in Mumbai, India, over who is the best footballer in the world, yesterday, ended on a sad note as one of the two friends lost his life in the process.

Serious Question Time!

She Said Pastor, i need your advice on this issue.

My friend's husband travelled to France in search of greener pastures seven months after marriage and then she wasn't pregnant yet.

To cut the long story short, one thing led to the other, the man got married to another Nigerian there.
They now have 3 kids and he has told her to move on as he has also moved on with his life.

Church is asking my friend never to remarry as its a sin and that her husband will come back begging someday . Its been 12 years now and he's yet to come.

She is so dejected now hoping and praying dat he will come back and she's not getting younger at all. She's already in her early 40s. Please should she continue to wait?

What's your take on this?

Don't ever live your life based on gossips. People will always talk and criticise, but you need to be sure you are in right standing with your creator. Do not repay evil with evil but overcome evil with good.

At a Gudu Upper Area Court in the Federal Capital Territory today, a 28-year-old woman, Ifeoma Okoroafor, disclosed that she violently inflicted injuries on a man because he touched her breast.

28-year-old woman, Ifeoma Okoroafor, on Friday told a Gudu Upper Area Court in the Federal Capital Territory that she inflicted injuries on a man because he touched her breast.
Okoroafor of Dutse Area of Apo pleaded not guilty to a two-count charge of joint act and causing hurt contrary to Section 79 and 245 of the Penal Code.
“My Lord, the nominal complainant, Musa Goddy, touched me inappropriately and without my consent, while I was waiting for a commercial vehicle to take me home after work at night. The complainant beat me up and tore my clothes when I queried him for his action,” Okoroafor told the court.
According to her, the timely intervention of three other women saved me from being killed by the complainant. She told the court that the cloth she wore to the court was given to her by a police officer at the station to enable her appear decently at the court.
The prosecutor, Urom Inah, told the court that Goddy of Police Barracks, Garki, reported the matter at the Garki Police Station on Feb. 28. Inah said the defendant attacked him and used bottle to inflict injuries on him for no reason.
He said Okoroafor could not give any satisfactory account of her actions during police investigation.
The judge, Umar Kagarko, granted bail to the defendant in the sum of N20,000 with one reliable surety in like sum, adding that the surety must reside within the court’s jurisdiction, and adjourned the case till May 9 for hearing. BBC

Lovely message from my father this morning.

"Emeka met his friend Chinedu, 2 years after school and he was driving a sleek Mercedes Benz. He went home weeping and feeling awful for himself... What Emeka didn't know was that Chinedu had been sent to run an errand with the car....hmmmm

Chioma nagged her husband always for not being romantic by not getting down to open the car door for her as Ngozi's husband did when he dropped her at work. Chioma didn't know that Ngozi's husband's car was faulty and the door could only be opened from outside...

Life does not have a universal measuring tool, so create yours and use it......

Looking at people and comparing yourself with them will never make you happy, you'd continue to have pains of what's not even real...

"Worry is the interest you pay on a debt you may not owe."

Be contented with what you have and in everything, give thanks, for this is the will of God concerning you; be joyful.

Hope you had a great time in God's presence today?"

Information gathered from BBCNEWS reveals the above woman has been arrested after allegedly biting off her boyfriend’s tongue during a passionate kiss.

Shakeia Long, 37, was sharing a snog with Dwayne Williams, 41, when she chomped down and removed a chunk of his tongue, it was reported.

Horrified Williams managed to grab the piece of flesh and fled Long’s apartment, in Hartford,
Connecticut, the Hartford Courant reported.

He is believed to have flagged down a passing police officer and was taken to hospital, according to an arrest warrant seen by the local paper.

Williams struggled to speak but was able to tell the officer “She bit off my tongue”, the warrant says.

Williams was taken to nearby St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center where the detached piece of tongue was placed on ice.

Williams told investigators he had lost a lot of blood and began losing consciousness, the warrant alleges.

Medics tried in vain to reattach the large chunk of tongue, the Courant reports.

Hartford police spoke to Williams after his release from the hospital and tried to track down his alleged attacker.

Long, who has a child with Williams, was quizzed by officers and admitted she had smoked PCP with Williams at the time, authorities said.

In her statement, she claims she “was not aware of his injuries or how they occurred”.

Long was charged with first-degree assault and appeared in court this week.

She also faces a charge of violating the terms of her probation from a 2013 second-degree assault conviction.

Long is due back in court March 31.

A lot of people don't associate sex with God - they associate it with Satan and darkness, as if sex is not holy.!!
The bible is explicit when it comes to sex.

Sex is holy within marriage, and there is no prescribed style. Nowhere in the Bible does it say that the missionary position is the only sexual style.
Not discussing sex in a relationship leads to divorce!!

Pastor Khathide has counseled women who've
complained: my husband treats me as if I were his brother.
There was one who told him:
I am tired of getting sex fortnightly, like a salary.

Domestic violence and abuse can happen to anyone, yet the problem is often overlooked, excused, or denied. This is especially true when the abuse is psychological, rather than physical. Noticing and acknowledging the signs of an abusive relationship is the first step to ending it.

Domestic abuse, also known asspousal abuse, occurs when one person in an intimate relationship or marriage tries to dominate and control the other person. Domestic abuse that includes physical violence is called domestic violence.

Domestic abuse often escalates from threats and verbal abuse to violence. And while physical injury may be the most obvious danger, the emotional and psychological consequences of domestic abuse are also severe. Emotionally abusive relationships can destroy your self-worth, lead to anxiety and depression, and make you feel helpless and alone. No one should have to endure this kind of pain—and your first step to breaking free is recognizing that your situation is abusive. Once you acknowledge the reality of the abusive situation, then you can get the help you need.

No one should live in fear of the person they love. If you recognize yourself or someone you know in the following warning signs and descriptions of abuse, reach out. There is help available.
