One day, a very wealthy man was walking on the road. Along the way, he saw a beggar on the sidewalk. The rich man looks kindly on the beggar &  asked, “How did you become a beggar?”

The beggar said, “Sir, I’ve been applying for a job for a year now but haven’t found any. You look like a rich man. Sir, if you’ll give me a job, I’ll stop begging.”

The rich man smiled & said, “I want to help you. But I won’t give you a job. I’ll do something better. I want you to be my business partner. Let’s start a business together.”

The beggar blinked hard. He didn’t understand what the older man was saying. “What do you mean, Sir?” “I own a rice plantation. You could sell my rice in the market. I’ll provide you the sacks of rice. I’ll pay the rent for the market stall. I’ll even give you food allowance everyday for the next 30 days. All you have to do is sell my rice. And at the end of the month, as Business Partners, we’ll share in the profits.”

Tears of joy rolled down his cheeks. “Oh Sir,” he said, “you’re a gift from Heaven. You’re the answer to my prayers. Thank you, thank you, thank you!” He then paused & said, “Sir, how will we divide the profits? Do I keep 10% &  you get the 90%? Do I keep 5% & u get the 95%? I’ll be happy with any arrangement.”

The rich man shook his head & chuckled. “No, I want you to give me the 10% & you keep the 90%.”. For a moment, the beggar couldn’t speak. When he tried to speak, it was gibberish. “Uh, gee, uh, wow, I mean, huh?” He couldn’t believe his ears. The deal was too preposterous.

The rich man laughed more loudly. He explained, “I don’t need the money, my friend. I’m already wealthy beyond what you can ever imagine. I want you to give me 10% of your profits so you grow in faithfulness & gratitude.”. The beggar knelt down before his benefactor & said, “Yes Sir, I will do as you say. Even now, I’m so grateful for what you’ve done for me!”
Each day, the beggar,now dressed a little bit better, operated a store selling rice in the market. He worked very hard. He woke up early in the morning & slept late at night. And sales were brisk, also because the rice was of good quality & after 30 days, the profits were astounding.

At the end of the month, as the ex-beggar was counting the money, & liking very much the feeling of money in his hands, an idea grew in his mind. He told himself, “Gee, why should I give 10% to my Business Partner? I didn't see him the whole month! I was the one who was working day & night for this business. I did all this work! I deserve the 100% profits!”

A few minutes later, the rich man was knocking on the door to collect his 10% of the profits. The ex-beggar opened the door & said, “ you don’t deserve the 10%. I worked hard for this. I deserve all of it!” And he slammed the door.

If you were his Business Partner, how would you feel???

But this is exactly what happens to us. God gave us everything. He gave us life, every single moment, every single breath, every single second. God gave us talents, our ability to talk, to create, to earn money. God gave us our body, our eyes, our ears, our mouth, our hands, our feet, our heart , HE gave us our mind, our imagination, our emotions, our reasoning, our language. God gave us opportunities, some taken some lost. God put us in positions, he gave us all we have to make the wealth. YET we take all of it for granted walking on the earth with pride as if we are self made ? We forget His immeasurable bounties & become ungrateful using the very same blessings He gave us to sin & throw back at Him.

The big question is, which of the favours of our Lord would we deny? When will we turn back to Him with gratitude & obedience? God has granted us all the opportunities to always  remember Him and pay our tithes, offering, alms and first fruit.

A 52-year-old Zambian woman identified as Banda Yvonne, has openly confessed to having sexual intercourse with her son in order to maintain his riches.

She disclosed that she has had sex with her son, identified only as Abel every Wednesday for the past 14 years, and the day she stops, the boy will lose his wealth and die mysteriously.

Yvonne, a native of Ndola confessed to ZambiaWatchDog that she is the main pillar of her son’s success by offering her nakedness to him once a week as instructed by the witch doctor he got his riches from.
She was said to have once confessed in church and the pastor of Great Kingdom Church, Zambia, reportedly prayed for her.

But despite the confession and for fear that her son will suffer and die painfully, she reportedly went back to being the keeper of his riches and continued with the sexual relationship with her son.


Confessing to the newspaper, she said, “I have been sleeping with my son, Abel since 2002 when he started his transportation business which has grown tremendously and he now owns a fleet of trucks, buses and other small cars.

“We have sex every Wednesday and we do it at my house where the charm was buried.”

According to Yvonne, “the price is that, once I stop sleeping with him, all our hard earned wealth will vanish in thin air and my son will die a very painful death.”

What type of life is this? Wickedness at its peak...

Here goes his account:

"Good morning everyone... I want to narrate my ugly experience to serve as a lesson for all. Please take time and read.
   Sometime November 2015 at UNIPORT I met my childhood friend whom we went to secondary school together and never saw each other again not until we saw at UNIPORT. You know nah long time friend, we started exchanging pleasantries. He told me that he stays at Aluu with his wife and I told him I just moved in around Rumuigbo "NTA/Apara Link Road". We exchanged contact and he said of visiting me someday and we went our ways. Around February 2016 he called me asking for assistance that his wife gave birth but still in the hospital not yet discharged, I now said he should come to the house, which he did (he drove a car and packed somewhere with somebody in the car which I don’t know). I gave him some money and he left.

I was moved to EGINA Project, after my working trip to Bulgaria which I returned back on 26th June 2016. On 28th I was relaxing with my family in the living room during evening hours, a strange number called me, at 1st I didn’t pick, 2nd time I didn’t pick, the 3rd time I decided to pick up. I heard a strange deep voice introducing himself as “GENERAL CAPON”. I asked for his identity which he refused to properly disclose. I ended the call and he kept severally, which I never picked up again. He now sent me threatening SMSs requesting for 200k and threatening that if I moo-moo I’ll die. I ignored those messages and switched off my phone. I believe they kept trying my line but off.

Then until 10th July 2016, which is on Sunday evening, I and my wife went out for a treat and on our return around 21:30 I saw a brown and unaddressed envelope in my room, and on enquiry who dropped it, our house-help said a guy brought it that he said his name was Justice and that she should give the envelope to her boss. On opening the envelope I saw a small note threatening that they give me 3 days to pay the requested money or I... Inside the envelope was also a live AK47 bullet. That was my first time of seeing a bullet live, On Monday morning 11th I moved to police HQ Moscow road and officially wrote an application to the commissioner of police with the inclusion of the exhibits. When he saw those items he immediately minuted and signed on the application directing it to the SARS team. He quickly called the SARS commander to see him immediately, which in less than 20mins the commander was there and he handed over the application to him and they swung into action by tracking the number they used in calling. They discovered the calls were coming from Aluu Umuaku area. I also wrote an application to the SSS to aid in the operation.

But at this point I never remembered that guy at Aluu at all cos it’s being a while I saw him. I was busy suspecting the few people which I knew knows my place. And they kept calling and threatening. We now requested for their account number so we can pay in 100k while I look for the remaining 100k. This guy with his gang now called his brother in Awka that they need Fidelity Bank number for a transaction, which he doesn’t have. His brother in Awka now remembered his friend from Edo that has Fidelity account. The guy innocently sent his account which they eventually sent to me. With the help of SARS, court and the bank, the account was blocked, which will make it impossible to operate the account either with ATM, online banking, going to the bank to withdraw is tantamount to arrest. I paid in 100k into the account on Wednesday “the supposed expiry 3days ultimatum”. I informed them of the payment. On Thursday there was attempt to withdraw from the account with ATM but no way. They called that evening to enquire what happened that they could not withdraw with ATM. I said I don’t know nah. They now called his brother at Awka threatening that he has cornered their money. This one at Awka now decided to call the real owner of the account at Edo to this time go find out from the bank. And on getting to the counter and presenting his account number, before he knows what’s happening he was arrested. The SARS in PH was called which I sponsored their movement and they went to bring him to PH. I don’t know him. The guy at Awka kept calling him he was traced and arrested. I also sponsored the trip to Awka and he was brought to PH. On the 15th July, the SSS called and asked if I know the name “ABILITY”. MY brethren that’s when I recalled that he was the guy that stays at Aluu whom I once invited to my place as old time schoolmates. SSS went further to trace his full name and gave it to me that I should confirm his face on Facebook. As I checked Lo and Behold, he was the one threatening to kill me cos of 200k.

Making it short, SSS tracked and arrested him but his other team couldn’t be tracked cos his line has been off. The 2 guys arrested in Edo and Awka will be released as they’ve proven to know nothing of the transaction after questioning. He’ll soon be charged to court by the SSS.

The other guy on the run will hopefully be caught cos we learnt he’s a student of PTI and presently on I.T. I’ve contacted my boss there and he’ll be checked on resumption.



I immediately packed out of that apartment for our safety.



ADVICE:

1. Don’t bring an old friend to your place whom you don’t know his/her present status in life

2. Don’t host parties e.g. child dedication, birthday, occasions in your residential apartment. You can only invite your trusted colleagues and friends.

Give your house help/security man necessary heads-up.

I’ve learnt my lessons and I hope you all do too.

Any relationship that makes you loss your values, respect, energy, joy, and happiness etc is not an ideal or good relationship. You deserve something better than that.

The more you keep hold of that kind of relationship, the more resentment and damage it causes you. Why are you locking yourself in a bad relationship and ending your chances for a good one? Nothing is going to change soon, stop making it work why you know within you that it cannot work.

Be bold to workout from that ugly relationship now, no matter how painful and sad it will be or end up to regret why you never end it in future.

Until you say good bye to it, you will never realize how better and happy you will feel without that person.

You may be having the feeling that nobody will accept you again, that's not true. Let me shock you, someone is waiting patiently to say yes to you. Someone that is ready to treat you with respect and make you feel special.

One thing you must  not think about is this; that all relationships are the same or will likely be the same, is a big lie.

This can only be true if you keep on repeating the same mistake or refusing to improve and learn.

That your previous relationship doesn't work, is not a guarantee or the reason that will make your present or future relationship not to work.

One is to get married, the other is to remain married...
I have discovered that love doesn't guarantee the success of a relationship.
Love cannot help you stick to one person all years round, and on the other hand, cheating isn't always a product of not loving your partner.

In fact, loving someone doesn't guarantee not falling in love with any other person.
Relationships work out mostly because of our head not our heart, it works out because of our emotional maturity, empathetic intelligence and self discipline because time will come when you'll see more beautiful, handsome, romantic, intelligent, sexy, rich, curvy and God fearing people than the one you're in a relationship with. In those times, love
will not help you, self control will help you, emotional intelligence will come to your rescue, commitment will keep you going.

With those characteristics, no matter how you feel for someone else, the person you're committed to will rank first in your life. You think happily married people don't see better people than the ones they married? You think they don't feel funny sometimes? You think they don't catch feelings? They do! But understanding that commitment is
greater than feelings is the great arsenal that do destroy that impulse. You can fall in love with anyone, but building a
relationship takes absolutely more than what attracted you to them. It takes more than love. We are too fond of loving when
it's convenient, when it's sweet. We are too fond of loving when love is there but that can only last for just the first 3-6
months of the relationship. After then, you'll realise that the feelings have dropped, it's now your responsibility to make it work, not love's responsibility. Relationships cannot be readymade. You have to build it and it's never always about love, it requires commitment, it requires intelligent. On the long run in marriages, it's not just love that keeps them together forever, it's determination and commitment. Everyone fall in love, it takes little or no effort to do that. But staying in love? Building a relationship? Only the strong and committed ones do that. That's why we must find that one person and commit to that one, Discipline yourself, bridle your emotions.

Building a relationship is hard work, it's like building a career, It's like pursuing a dream.
It's always tough, at some point it will be so bitter but you can make it work by putting your heads together, you can scale through the trying time by being
Focused and committed.
The kind of love that attracts two people
together is not the kind of love that will keep them together. Be emotionally strong! Be self disciplined.
Sticking to one person is not natural, you must develop yourself to do that. It works great and perfect with people of like minds, people of the same believes, people that share the same school of thought.

1. Eagles fly alone and at high altitudes. They don't fly with sparrows, ravens, and other small birds.
MEANING; Stay away from narrow-minded people, those that bring you down. Eagles flies with eagles. Keep good company.

2. Eagles have an accurate vision. They have the ability to focus on something as far as 5km away. No matter the obstacles, the eagle will not move his focus from the prey until he grabs it.
MEANING; Have a vision and remain focused no matter what the obstacles and you will succeed.

3. Eagles do not eat dead things. They feed only on fresh prey.
MEANING; Do not rely on your past success, keep looking for new frontiers to conquer. Leave your past where it belongs, in the past.

4. Eagles love the storm. When clouds gather, the eagle gets excited, the eagle uses the storms wind to lift itself higher. Once it finds the wind of the storm, the eagle uses the raging storm to lift itself above the clouds. This gives the eagle an opportunity to glide and rest its wings. In the meantime, all the other birds hide in the branches and leaves of the tree.
MEANING; Face your challenges head on knowing that these will make you emerge stronger and better than you were. We can use the storms of life to rise to greater heights. Achievers are not afraid to rise to greater heights. Achievers are not afraid of challenges, rather they relish them and use them profitably.

5. When a female eagle meets a male eagle and they want to mate, she flies down to earth, picks a twig and flies back into the air with the male eagle in hot pursuit. Once she has reached a height high enough for her, she drops the twig and let it fall to the ground while she watches. The male eagle chases after the twig and catches it before it reached the ground, then bring it back to the female eagle. The female eagle grabs the twig and flies to a much higher altitude and drop the twig again for the male eagle to chase. This goes on for hours with the height increasing each time until the female eagle is assured that the male eagle has mastered the art of picking the twig which shows commitment. Then and only then will she allow him to mate with her.
MEANING; Whether in private life or business, one should test the commitment of the people intended for partnership.

6. Eagles prepare for training; They remove the feathers and soft grass in the nest so that the young ones get uncomfortable in preparation for flying and eventually flies when it becomes unbearable to stay in the nest.
MEANING; Leave your comfort Zone, there is no growth there.

7. When the eagle grows old, his feathers becomes weak and cannot take him as fast and as high as it should. This makes him weak and could make him die. So he retires to a place far away in the mountains. While there, he plucks out the weak feathers on his body and breaks its beaks and claws against the rocks until he is completely bare; a very bloody and painful process. Then he stays in this hiding place until he has grown new feathers, new beaks and claws and then he comes out flying higher than before.
MEANING; We occasionally need to shed off old habit no matter how difficult, things that burden us or add no value to our lives should be let go of.

As a breastfeeding mom, you should avoid these 3 fruits, for the sake of your baby.

1. Citrus Fruits:

Juicy, tangy and incredibly tasty is how you would describe most citrus fruits. Citrus fruits are some of the most popular fruits, and they form a major part of your fruit basket. However, as a lactating mom, you need to avoid citrus fruits and their juices at all costs.

Citrus fruits include fruits like lime, kiwi fruits, strawberries, pineapples, oranges, and grapes. Many-a-time, citrus fruits lend a pungent flavor to your chest milk. Some babies might object to the taste of it, and get fussy while consuming it. Other babies may vomit. Sometimes, your baby may also develop diaper rashes as a result of the citrus content in chest milk. Citrus fruits contain many acidic compounds and can lead to irritation of the gastrointestinal tract (GI) in children.

2. Cherries And Prunes:

Apart from citrus fruits, make sure you don’t consume any cherries, prunes or berries. Cherries may sometimes create gas problems for your little one. Moreover, it is quite common for newborn babies to suffer from gas due to their newly developing digestive system.

3. Caffeine And Chocolate:

Apart from the varieties of foods we mention above, make sure that you avoid caffeine, chocolates, eggs, soy and fish. These foods can lead to gastrointestinal problems and may also trigger allergies in your little angel.

Mr. Peter had a job interview to attend at 10am but his wife developed complications at 9am. He decided to take the wife to the hospital and leave for the interview thereafter but on their way to the hospital, the taxi broke down. It was already 10:30am before he could get another taxi.

He arrived the hospital at 11am, dropped the wife and used the same taxi to go for the interview. He arrived the interview venue at 12noon(2hours late).

He rang the bell but no one opened the door. Meanwhile, earlier at 10am, the company mail delivery had rang the bell but no one opened the door too. When the door was finally opened, Mr. Peter said "I'm sorry, I came... " he wanted to apologise for coming late, but the Secretary interrupted before he could finish his statement and ushered him to the Board Room. The Secretary said, "I apologise, Mr. Peter, for keeping you waiting since 10am. We actually heard when the bell rang at 10am but we were held up in a meeting with our company suppliers.

However, we have sat since 8am to deliberate on your job specification, your office and the salary."
Mr. Peter was baffled and said, "Ma'am, I haven't been interviewed yet’’. The MD answered him and said, "We decided not to conduct the interview at least to save time and also save the interviewees money on transport. So we looked at the papers for the most appropriate person we wanted and we opted for you. Also, we had tested your patience this morning by keeping you waiting intentionally for 2hrs. That's part of your interview. You won't be disappointed. You’ll be shown your office, your secretary and the
driver assigned to drive your company's allotted vehicle. You’ll be on probation for 2yrs."

He got the job!!!

On his way out, his phone rang and it was the wife. She said, "honey, I was delivered of a bouncing baby boy." It was their fifth child and the only male child. He immediately named the child 'Miracle'.

He got a double miracle same day. All the disappointments turned out to favour him. God positioned the mail delivery man to ring the bell at 10am.

God also held them up in the meeting until Mr. Peter arrived.
Note: You might be held up by issues in your life and hope might be diminishing and you think the chance is gone. But you know what? God's waiting for you to release His favour.

So don't go back along the way. Don't quit. Don't be upset by what you face along the way. In fact, God has already deliberated on your specifications.

One more thing: You don't have to go through any interview, since you have all the qualifications God wants.

My prayers for you:

1. God will position somebody at the right place and the right time for you who will ring the bell in your favour.

2. God will turn all your disappointments to be a blessing for you.

3. Every positive meeting will end in your favour and every negative meeting will scatter in your favour.
